• Rasnadi Churnam is an Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Arya Vaidya Sala Kottakkal Company. It is in herbal powder form used to apply over scalp, to relieve headache and sinusitis.
• Benefits: It helps to relieve headache, dizziness, cough with sputum and sinusitis and heaviness of the head. This is essential in rheumatism. Also for Muscle pain, tennis elbow etc.
• It is extremely useful in headache associated with sinusitis. It is to be mixed with boiled water or milk, made into a paste and applied on the forehead for immediate relief in headache.
• Ingredients: Each 10g is prepared out of: Rasna, Amukkura, Devadaru, Katuka, Sarjarasa, Kottam, Vayampu, Gairika, Nisha (Turmeric), Yashti (Licorice), Bala, Mustha, Vyosha, Puti, Sahasravedhi, Jala, Ushira, Phenaka, Srikantha (Sandalwood), Aguru, Tintrini dalasira (veins of tamarind leaves)
• Dosage: For external application only. Traditionally it is made a paste with castor oil and applied over the forehead. 5 to 10g or as directed by the physician.
